So as my english is not the best in speaking form, I tried to explain to the lady what I was looking for and she understood me perfectly, she was really helpful. And there's tons of choices of tea, so I had to restrain myself from buying lots of different teas. Definitely would shop there again

I love visiting Whittard of Chelsea and the whole experience visiting a store from start to finish is exceptional. The staff are polite and helpful and are always willing to go the extra mile. When ordering online the process is faultless. I managed to order my favourite tea and track the delivery all the way to my doorstep. I will be ordering again very soon!

The Brighton Whittard is amazing. Small shop, but the team make up for it in droves. They're always ready with a recommendation, whether it's tea, coffee or even a hot drink to enjoy in-store. Luxury Hot Chocolate and Hazelnut Syrup is a winning combination every time!

Never been disappointed with the quality of the teas on offer, particularly like the strawberry mint and peppermint teas. I also have some of the normal tea cups and glass infuser mugs for loose leaf tea and they are going strong. No issues in the dishwasher and pattern hasn’t faded etc. Very happy with my Whittard products!

Stores are great, but online ordering is a bit hit and miss. I've had orders delayed by weeks (usually by their courier Yodel). That said my most recent order arrived in a few days - across a bank holiday weekend - so can't really complain about that.

An option for DPD would be nice even if it cost a little more.

The website has issues where coupon codes disappear off the order when checking out. Watch out for this ... if the coupon disappears, click "back" and re-add it.

Customer service can't do anything once the order is placed, including cancel it. Most other merchants would have just fixed the order...
