I booked for a boiler service on Friday 24th Feb 2017. I received a call on Thursday apologising profusely, but due to extreme weather they were unable to make the appointment on Friday and asked to move it to Saturday. Ordinarily I would have been annoyed at the change but the lady that called was so polite and apologetic it wasn't a problem. The gentleman that turned up on Saturday was very polite and courteous. He worked quickly and explained the various stages of the tests he was doing. I was very happy with the service I received and would have no problem in recommending the company to others.

Having used PGS in the past for minor and major works for my flat which is a slightly troublesome new build, this occasion was no different in that they arrived on time, and just got on with the job. This time quickly identifying the leak in a concealed toilet water tank. Very careful and tidy, always checking with me first if damage was unavoidable when trying to access the trouble spot. In the end, really precise and friendly efficient service.

Simple one-stop-shop booking process using fully accredited personnel who are courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
