We contact PGS based on the advice by a British Gas contractor who had said we needed to have an inspection hatch installed into the casing for the gas flue.
The service was prompt and efficient and based on the limited time we had to deal with the issue, we received a good service.
Our main criticism would be that the cost of labour was incredibly high. A jb which was expected to tae between 30 mins to 1 hour max ended up taking 2 hours. This obviously affected our final cost which we paid so the total cost of the job was close to £300 inc. VAT.
As a result, we would be less inclined to use the service unless we had an emergency.
