"Helpful & friendly customer service every time"

I have used PGS Services 3 years now to perform a gas safety check. Every time I ring the customer service staff are a pleasure to deal with - down earth, friendly and quickly arrange a time for an engineer to visit. Also - they have been brilliant at meeting my requests (as sometimes I need to request a certain time of the day - mid morning). The automated payment system is very easy and straightforward. Overall - a great service that makes the process easy!

"Fast efficient and friendly service"

I called PGS and the phone was answered promptly by a very friendly advisor who immediately found my details from my property postcode. The work was booked in within 48 hours and I received a call on the day to say the engineer was in his way. The job was carried out quickly and efficiently and the safety certificate completed.

I found the payments page easy to use. PGS also send reminders which is most useful. Since I found PGS they are the only company I use.

"Professional Plumber"

Book Colin in to help with a blocked kitchen sink, and he also helped with other things within the 1 hour quoted, including fixing the cabin hinge, installing shower hose+head, very friendly!

Highly recommended service!

"Excellent Customer Service"

I've been using PGS for my landlords gas safety for the past 6 years - never a problem, always a great service and when things needed fixing, they were able to do this with out huge cost increases.

"Very friendly, professional, high standards of workmanship, conscientious of tidying up after works are carried out, incredibly priced - highly recommended !"

Since my 1st experience using PGS in February this year, at a very trying and testing time getting an electrical problem sorted out in our new tenants flat just before they moved in, PGS were very accommodating and reassuring about getting to the bottom of the problem with great ease where others repeatedly couldn't.

I have since then used them on various other occasions on various projects (garden clear ups, jet washing gates/walls/pavements) and they have been amazing.

From the moment you book in with them (Helen is a dream to work with) they really listen to your needs and wants which are equally important to ensure the correct professionals are sent out and everyone is on the same page regarding price/time scales etc.

In short, after years of trying and testing various companies PGS has positively won my vote with their professionalism, cost, trustworthiness and both friendly and willing approach.

You won't be disappointed - the pressure and timidity of having to look for professionals every time something goes wrong has been lifted of my shoulders because I know and trust from my few experiences, PGS will deliver what they promise as much as help you work through various options beforehand (and have done) !!

There's a lovely 'friendly family' vibe between everyone which is quite visible when dealing with everyone there which to be honest is a 'breath of fresh air'.

Give them a go .... you'll thank me later :)

"They helped my 93-year old mother-in-law"

Keeping in contact with us at all times, the heating engineer fixed my mother-in-law's boiler and, even though she is almost totally blind, spent time with her to explain the problem, the remedy and how to re-set the boiler and turn on the immersion heater. Kind and caring people who are good at their job - who could ask for more?

"Plumbing work"

I had been trying to get a plumber to do some work at an uncles, but it was proving hard. Then I found PGS, and the lady I spoke to was so helpful, managing to do everything I had asked for. The plumber phoned a few mins before arrival and arrived right on the time I had asked for.
Although quite a young man he was very kind to my uncle and understanding about his dementia. He got on with the work with efficiency and was very tidy.
I am very impressed and would certainly use them again.

"Excellent service"

I would have liked to have had an appointment time rather than a 0800-1300hrs time slot, given that I am the landlord and don't live at the property. Though, as promised, on the day I was given 30mins warning and he arrived on time.
He serviced the boiler and explained to me that some pressure had been lost. He identified 3 potential sources for this loss and checked them all out. I was then advised of the likely issue and remedial works and associated costs should it get worse.
He made a real effort to tidy up and leave the property in the same state as when he arrived.
