A few issues with setting up an appointment but eventually got the job done. Great communication from Lewis (Installer) as usual. He knows the property and finished the job on time.

I don't often write reviews but had an issue today which meant getting a plumber in on the same day (Saturday). Found PGS online and called their office. The lady was very helpful and within 20 minutes called back with the details for someone coming by lunchtime. She explained the pricing and payment methods etc. so all fine. On time, the plumber called to say he was on his way. He was very polite, sorted everything out and explained it all to me sp I knew what was going on.

Highly recommend PGS from start to finish. Job done! The next time I need a plumber, will definitely be calling them.

I have used PGS for several years now for my rental property and would thoroughly recommend them. My customer relations contact is excellent and I particularly like the fact that I can instruct PGS to do something, and they then liaise directly with the tenants to arrange the appointment, which stops me having to act as a go-between. The engineers are all courteous and have provided me with good advice about my boiler.
