"Awesome New Electric Potterton Boiler"

The old Keston gas boiler in our flat needed replacing but because it had a unique flu system a modern replacement gas boiler would have had to be sited in a very difficult and unsightly place. PGS recommended a Potterton Gold electric heating boiler which could be fitted in the existing location freeing up airing cupboard space and saving money too. From survey to extremely neat and tidy installation was just a few days - BRILLIANT - I couldn't be happier.

"Saturday morning emergency, charles was here in 45 min !!!"

Charles attended on a Saturday morning for an emergency , tap wouldn't stop and was overflowing my sink, he was with me in 45 minutes from my call to PGS, he fixed the tap with his own spares and did so quickly and efficiently, he didn't even charge me for the spare tap valve and parts he used as a gesture to help with the bill.

For easy to book and communicate with team until the point the tradersperson resolved our tenants issues. PGS is slightly more expensive but worth it in terms of efficiency and reliable attendance on site.

"Extremely poor service, unprofessional engineers who will never visit you on given time and will cancel the visit at last minute."

I had very bad experience with PGS pluming. They had installed water pump in my flat which was not working properly. After I complaint their engineer came and tried to fix it later i had same problem. he said he will have to replace it. it was so hard to get hold of him he would call book a slot and won't turn up. I was waiting for him all day and he switched off his phone never turned up. later he forgot he got a job to do i had to ring the company again to arrange the visit, he called up and said he will try fixing it once more time before he replaces it. He again could not fix. I rang the company again and Lady over the phone apologize and ensure someone will call me in an hour. its been more than a week and I am still due to receive phone call from them. I am considering to take this further. Be warned people think before you hand over your money to these guys.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received when I booked the job. The work done was good. The only downfall is that we were expecting the tradesman to come after 11.00am. They arrive much later. It would have been nice if we had a call earlier to say there would be a delay.

I have used PGS services a few times now and have found them to be excellent. When I have not been happy about something they dealt with it really well and listern and act on your point of view. That impressed me lots. My last experience of using them was great. There customer service is great and the quality of the work is very good. I would recommend them to anyone.
