The pest control service they supply is really on the ball. They always ring to inform us the time they intend to call and ask if it is a convenient time. So far the same person has called on each visit to carry out the work and we have got to know and trust him. He really knows his stuff. He solved our micky problem in no time and so far the blighters have not returned.
We would have no problem in recommending this company.

"No follow-up, poor customer service, bad communication."
I asked PGS to inspect and quote for the re-decoration work to an apartment in London Bridge. The appointment was arranged over the phone weeks in advance, however the job-man turned up almost 2 hours late after forgetting the appointment. When he did turn up, I was fairly impressed with his attention to detail and note-taking. He claimed that he would get a quote across for the work that evening. It took 2 weeks of chasing to finally get the quote and when it came across, it was not in the format that I specifically requested. After going back and re-iterating this request, which they confirmed, I did not hear back from them, so I instead used another firm who were cheaper and more reliable.

I have found PGS to be very helpful and courteous when I call with a job. They react promptly to my needs and keep me informed every step of the way of costs etc. I am the landlord of a property and so cannot always be there when they visit and so this information and peace of mind is very valuable.

We contacted a competitor company to request a boiler service, they sounded professional and promised that the engineer would be with us a 16:00 on Friday. We waited and waited; no engineer. They just didn’t turn up. We then contacted PGS Services on their Freephone number. They were polite and very professional. They gave us several time options; we chose the 8:00am but didn’t hold our breath.
At exactly 8:00am the engineer rang out doorbell, a very pleasant man greeted us with a cheery good morning and a smile. He asked us where the boiler was located and we asked him if he wanted a cuppa. About an hour or so later he told us that everything had been done and showed us his worksheet detailing the work that had been completed. There was no mess and he even offered to wash his cup (bless him).
We were absolutely thrilled with the service and the professionalism of PGS Services. The price was very reasonably also. Well done.
