John was very helpful in finding me the correct parts. Matter of fact, I went to the original vendor band they couldn’t answer any of my questions. John was my last hope. He knew his information and was meticulous to the point. Great service.

First, my order was delayed to "make sure I get the right parts". Then upon arrival, the rotors were the wrong sizes. They said I would have to pay before I receive a new set or wait until they can get the ones they sent back, and then they will begin the replacement process. Poor customer service would never recommend using them as they will send the wrong parts after "verifying model and parts". Then inconvenience the customer even more. Sad they are this way.
