If I could this company would receive -10 stars. I order rotors for my car in 9/2023 and I did not receive them until 2/2024. This is ridiculous and then to top it off I received the wrong order and when I contacted the company for a discount they told me they were unable to give anymore of discount than they already did when I purchased the rotors. I will be contacted BBB regarding this issue as you will notice on their website when you go to order the products will say in stock and then when you hit the purchase button it changes and their excuse is the products come from the manufacturer directly so it's not their issue. Never again will I use this business and I will be telling all my friends and family as well.

"Best customer service i’ve experienced from a company from an employee named John"
I needed some assistance in purchasing the correct brake pads for my 2016 BMW 340i due to there being so many options for my vehicle depending on trim levels. I spoke with an individual named John and received the best customer service someone can provide. He was very thorough in making sure he got me the correct pads. He explained everything with extreme detail in regard to pros and cons and comparisons between products. He also answered all my questions in full detail leaving me with no doubt with my decision. If you’re having trouble finding a part or have questions I would call the company and request John. He will ensure all your questions are answered and choose what is right for you and help you place your order as well. Company offers a ton of options and brands in regards to brake products I would give them 5/5 stars on product options as well as 5/5 stars in regard to customer service. Another great perk is this company offers first responder discounts. Thanks a lot John

"Poor Customer service"
Poor Customer service. Selected make, model, year on website. However the brake pads I received did not fit the OEM as their website is not program to be aware that the S-line model (has a different brake configuration). since it is over 30 days they would not accept my return.
-Additionally their website says 4.8 stars however i could not leave a review on their website nor was their a link to do so in my order confirmation.

"Poor customer relations"
First off I just want to say, I'm not a person that likes to bad mouth anybody. But I don't like being played like a fool. I had a pin stick on my front drives side and ate the rotor. So I found this company on line and said they were veteran owned.
And I like to help my brothers and sisters so I called. I spoke with John who was very knowledgeable and he asked me were I lived so I would buy the right ones for the atmosphere for corrosion. So he talked me into buying Dynamic Friction and told me they were zinc coated. Now mind you I'm replacing power stop zinc coated rotors that have been on my car for 4 years. Ordered on July 20th 2023 and it's October 19th 2023 and they are rusted worse than the back ones that have been on my car for 4 years.
So I called and got someone on the phone and explained everything to him. He gave me the part numbers. Then all of a sudden couldn't hear me and said to me. He was hanging up to call back. So I did right away. Wouldn't you know I couldn't get anyone. So I kept calling and finally someone answered. Had to explain everything again and wait on the phone forever.
Only to tell me she couldn't find John and the coating isn't covered. If I would have known their customer service was like this I never would have done business with them.
I work hard for my money. And it's sad that a veteran owned company would treat people that put great faith in them this way.
Sad to say but I will never do business with them again unless this is rectified.

"Difficult Return Process"
Please do yourself a favor and read the fine print for returns. 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping cost on returns. Return process is lengthy and complicated. Will not be using this site again.

"No customer service"
Ordered on the 25th and item was in stock. Still no shipping called on the 2nd "we'll call you back. The 5th again "we'll call you back, 6th we'll call you back and miraculously it got labeled that night, sent out next day and maybe I'll see it on the 12th

"Worst Customer Service"
Worst Customer Service, I have ever experienced. I could not recommend these guys ever unfortunately. Hassled me over not Specifying the vehicle in which the parts were for which is none of their business honestly. Then continued Delaying the order past the shipping time, in response to not telling them what they were for. Do not Order from these Thieves. They wont issue a refund after you have cancelled your order either!

"To whom it may interest"
To whom it may concern; Buy a set of discs with pads. The pads bring pin to keep the pads separate from the disc. When I go to install the pins,,,, the pads do not have the holes to put them,,, also the pads in just two days were full of black carbon. I got rid of the pads and tried to find a solution by sending several emails to the seller and they tell me they can't do anything. That's not good service,,, think about it if you're going to shop at buybrakes.com
