My interaction today with a support team member was extremely helpful and she was a delight to work with. I can say the same for all of the team members providing assistance both by email and a pcall. I am new to TherapNotes and really appreciate a very short waiting period when calling for support; And S was really personable and patient with me, and gave excellent directions while trouble shooting with me regarding the interface between TherapyNotes and Medicare. Thank you!

Emily deserves a 10-star rating! She answered all my questions thoroughly. I am a tactile learner; therefore, I am hands-on. Emily walked me through the process of the telehealth protocols I inquired about. I have been utilizing the TherapyNotes software program for almost three years now. I feel very comfortable navigating through this electronic software the more I utilize it. I have been in the mental health field for approximately 20 years. This software program is, by far, the best system I have utilized since I entered the mental health field. A big shout out and huge thanks to all the support staff who are available to mental health practitioners 24 hours daily. We need you, and you are sincerely appreciated!

"Ongoing Improvements"

I've been with TherapyNotes for almost 2 years. They provide outstanding customer service. When I have a question they respond in less than 24 hours by both a phone call and email. The work efficiently to resolve issues and keep you informed on upcoming changes to the program. However, I rate a 4 to allow room for improvement.

I appreciate the improvements to treatment plans. I suggest and request there be an additional signature line placed on it for beneficiaries who are between the age 12-18. The added signature could be triggered by the client's birthday.

Also, It would be greatly appreciated if the therapist originally signature could be stored for use on documents instead of computer generated of course the typed name and time stamp would remain.

Client Profile could be improved by using a method similar to uploading insurance card information or taking a selfie.

Also, I am pleased to see updates to outcome measures and the results being populated into progress notes. It would be nice if those baseline results were populated into intake to support diagnosis, dependent upon signed document date. Any outcome measures performed after that date would just show up on the progress note. Lol, That might be a bit much. Although it will be very useful.
