The customer support at TherapyNotes is truly top notch! Each time I've needed to request support, the support staff have been attentive, kind, and motivated to help me get things fixed!
After realizing there was an issue with my ePrescribe functionality, I contacted support late in the evening hoping someone would be there. Ashley spent at least an hour trying EVERYTHING she and her colleagues could think of to resolve the issue before resigning to send the ticket to the Dose Spot team to review and correct. I really appreciated her efforts to get my issue resolved, since delays mean delay in patient care.
I really can't praise the support team at Therapy Notes enough!

Been a customer for over 10 years. Solo practitioner. Love this product. The staff is always knowledgeable, very responsive and very helpful. I’ve never had a question that they could not answer and I’ve never found a shortcoming or an “I wish” thing with the program. The monetary value of the product is also very favorable and was very stable over the years. Reliability and customer updates and upgrades are always timely and informative. I’m sure they’ve grown a bunch since I first became a customer but they still have a small business “down home” feel. Highly recommended – for one, among many other factors – if you want to feel like you are a human being talking to other real human beings who can actually help you.
