I have used TherapyNotes to do billing for my wife's psychotherapy practice for 3 years. TherapyNotes is a great application that makes it easy to submit claims, charge clients' credit cards, and apply payments. TherapyNotes support has been outstanding. Therapynotes just resolved an issue for me for a BlueCross claim. The client had Anthem Blue Cross insurance, but Anthem denied the claim due to an EDI data issue. TherapyNotes, working with their claims clearinghouse, determined that I should submit the claim to Blue Cross Massachusetts. This seemed odd but Blue Cross Massachusetts accepted and paid the claim. Reseaching and resolving this required time and persistence on TherapyNotes part.

I am a new customer and new to the private practice world. I had tested out a few other systems prior to deciding on TherapyNotes, due to the assortment of features it offered and positive reviews. Today, when setting up contact with my first client, I had multiple questions about how to use TherapyNotes to communicate and allow them to share documents with me, and when I called the support line there was no wait time to speak to someone. Kristy from the support team answered all of my questions thoroughly, and took the time to walk me through the steps and also sent me a thorough follow-up email I could look back to for reference. I've been very happy with my TherapyNotes experience so far and highly recommend this EHR system!

EVERY call is also followed up with an email regarding the issues and in THIS instance, steps to resolve the issue in the future were all laid out. WAY TO GO!!

This company has stayed on top of any issue. They are continually updating the product and if a clinician has a need they easily take feedbacks a d implement those into the program. So much simpler to use and a much better product for the patient than the other leading products.
