In my most recent interaction, I called and immediately got someone on the phone (in the past, if there is no one immediately available I appreciate that they tell you what number you are in line and an approx wait time). Kat took care of me, calmed me down, helped me figure out what support I needed, walked me through the steps, even showing me directly what I needed to do, and sent me a detailed email outlining what we talked about. She also let me know the next steps and how to recontact her or someone else if necessary. I had been hesitant to pay for therapynotes as a solo practitioner who had done all the notes and billing myself for many years, but I don't regret my monthly fees in the slightest now!
