The customer service agent we had was wonderful, unfortunately the internet speed is terrible. We are a bit disappointed in that BCRV park charges $25/week for this service, and we are unable to get a good signal. We have used Tengointernet in other parks and didn’t have an issue and it was free.

For camp ground WiFi it’s excellent! So much better than the free WiFi service and it’s affordable with monthly prices. Customer service is excellent people to deal with.

Response to my concern was fine. Problem fixed. The paid internet service at Salmon Point, however, is abysmal. It is rare that I have been able to get in at all over the past 3 days we have been at the resort. Without a doubt the worst paid internet experience I can recall while at an RV resort.

Although I didn't buy a plan , I received very professional assistance from Heather that was doing her best to solve the issues I was experiencing on my devices. I would highly recommend this service because of their terrific customer service.
