Was trying to connect other devices to the plan, it kept asking for the MAC address. Was having a difficult time finding that on my TV and on my RV smart hub. Was just told I need to get the MAC address and add them to the account. Finally figured it out after a while of searching. So far so good though after figuring out on my own how to set them up.

Tengo Internet will not connect with my smart TV. I have looked everywhere for help. I've spent hours trying to connect. Every other campground and wifi internet NO PROBLEM!

Couldn't get the Internet to work that we paid for in a camping ground whilst visiting Canada from Europe. After two days, I got a reply to my email stating that I had to call.
Sadly, this was too late for me, and also because of my European phone I couldn't call them.
I replied to the mail and was then ignored.
$30 for nothing. Can't recommend of course.
