Got my used BMW 1 series today paid £9500 for it to be delivered , Tom the sales rep Failed to mention the chip on the passenger side door that had been touched up and new it was there makes it worse. The Car arrived this morning reported it to Tom the sales rep. I was Absolutely shocked at his attitude, not even wanting to offer to repair it, gave me the car with the extremely low petrol light with 17 miles left, This is the professionalism this ESTABLISHED Dealership offers. Tom was more keen to have the car back, not once did he ask what can we do to make it things right. I hope richard the branch manager is viewing this. Tom had a stinken attitude when i reported my finding on the arrival of the car TODAY. The surprise car was for my wife and it Left her upset today .Tom failed to mention The chip and the touch up on the door. When I spoke to him His reply was its a used car and 8 years old its not going to be a perfect car, my reply was if you had not failed to mention it, maybe we wouldn’t be having this conversation. But have the decency to let me know and allow me the payer to make the final judgment in what’s acceptable and whats not acceptable. Basically don't hide it when you knew it was there and expect me to accept your failure , So the car has been today rejected. Ill doubt of Richard the general manager will even ring me on why things went wrong.
Guys please do not use this unprofessional dealership. Clearly you can see there customer satisfaction is totally zero. Imagine giving a car with petrol tank so low says it ALL 😡

"Jennings Washington MOT what an absolute joke!!!"
Took my car into Jennings Washington today at 8.30am for its MOT.
Got a call at 10am to be told it had failed on tyres and it would be worthwhile changing all four even only one was the cause if the failure.
I agreed and was told the car would be ready late afternoon.
Got another call around 4.20pm when they told me the tyres had only been delivered and they didn’t have time to fit them (how long does it take to change 4 tyres) before they closed at 5.30.
They said I could only pick my car up the next day.
Why did it take over 5 hours for the tyres to be delivered when in my area of the North East there are at least 8 Jennings Ford Dealers within a 30 mile radius.
However being a Ford Dealer and the car a Ford Mondeo why on earth did they not have them in stock?
This is the first time I have used Jennings because it is 100 yards from where I live,but this is the LAST time I will use them and go back to Halfords where I used to take my previous cars.

"Customer service is like a circus"
Customer service is like a circus, nobody knows what is happening they all tell you different story’s. My car is 1 month old and in the garage for a little plastic clip to be fitted and 3 weeks later it’s still not even ordered!!! I highly recommend to go to any other garage, as there is no customer care or service. This is the second Ford I have had the first I had for 3 years and spent 18 months in the garage awaiting parts, very unprofessional and I will certainly never go back after this!!!!!!

South Shields Branch Jennings Ford. What an absolute Joke this outfit are! Worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced ever! Can’t diagnose faults accurately. Guess at problems and expect the Customer to foot bill. Openly admit they can’t pin point the fault but still refuse to refund for unnecessary work carried out.
Do Youself a massive favour and shop elsewhere. There’s plenty of Companies out there who appreciate your business.

Worst Experience of My Life!
£2200+ spent on Repairs and no further forward! 3 times in quick succession with the same fault and this lot haven’t a clue what’s wrong but quite happy to relieve you of your cash during their process of elimination. Replacing parts that don’t need replacing. Then have the audacity to try and justify that they’ve done the right thing?!?
Had my car over a month. Crashed into whilst in their possession. Not even an offer of a courtesy car. Work at a snails pace replying to you. No Customer interest whatsoever.
Please do yourself a huge favour and take your hard earned money elsewhere to people that appreciate it.

Bought a used Kuga Vignale from the South Shields branch. Excellent service and easy to deal with. Mark Taylor was very helpful and managed to do everything I asked him to do. Worth the 250 mile round trip, can't recommend them enough

cheeky monkeys tried to sell me a pile of faeces saying it was a quality car, bumper was out of alignment all chipped and scraped all over bumper was a different colour but told it was dirt, manky inside as well

If I could give them a lower rating I would. I purchased a car from Jennings in August 2017 and had multiple problems, problem after problem, I asked for a refund as the car was not fit for purpose, was told no. I then escalated the case and was finally given a full refund. I will NEVER use this company again and would advise anyone who is thinking of using them to avoid them. The South Shields branch were very helpful, I purchased it from the Stockton branch who were certainly not helpful. The only time I heard from the General Manager of the Stockton branch was to ask me to pay off the car loan as they had a customer interested in the car. No previous correspondence from him, no apology for everything I had been through. Never again!
