I am being told this process takes 5 to 6 weeks
Or I could purchase the same ring and get it within a few days for a higher price than what I originally paid.
Unfortunately, wedding is in a few weeks so I do not have the luxury of waiting 5 to 6 weeks.
Customer service was not a great experience.
Will be returning and buying from someone else.
