"Horrible horrible horrible!!"

I can't believe anyone can be so irresponsible with car insurance. First off, their coverage is super terrible and then, if somehow your policy tries to pull from your bank and can't, they don't try again, they just cancel you without notifying you properly and then tell you that they can't reinstate you for THREE YEARS. I have never seen a place be so horrible.

Wish I could give zero stars but that’s not an option. I called about getting an extension because I had lost my job. Just needed a little extra time as I got a new job but wouldn’t get paid until after my due date. They told me if it wasn’t paid by then I would lose my policy. Then today I get an email saying it was cancelled and I would be sent to collections. So I called again and the lady told me it’s strict company policy and they wouldn’t help and that I was “red flagged” for 3 years so I wouldn’t be allowed to get insurance through them again. Why would I want to go back to a company that cancels someone’s policy when they have an unfortunate event and reached out to ask for help. I would’ve paid late fees on top of making both previous and current payment with my first check but they couldn’t even help with that. Absolutely TERRIBLE company and I will never recommend them to anyone. Things happen and even my credit card companies are understanding of my situation and not charging me late fees right now. Get your crap together and understand that unforeseen circumstances happen!!

MY WIFE'S PAYMENT DIDN'T GO THRU CAUSE OF EXPIRED CARD. NEVER GOT A LETTER ABOUT IT. THEY CANCELED THE POLICY WITHOUT AS MUCH AS A LETTER. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN LET US REINSTATE THE POLICY OR LET US GET A NEW POLICY. YOU HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY. ONE MISTAKE AND SAY FIRES YOU. WHAT A JOKE YOU ARE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM. SAY NO TO SAY INSURANCE. BUYER BEWARE. SUCK IT!!!!!!!!

The worst company ever, I got a new card with a different cvc number, they didn’t notify me and canceled me. Then they charged me for 10 days and sent me to collections. I still haven’t found the emails they say they sent. I called them to pay the $97 and they said they can’t take it. Wow what a crappy company.

I've been seeing a lot of great ads on Youtube. We haven't had any problems or need to make a claim. Great to know we're covered if we do.
