"Non-existent customer service"

I tried to cancel an order 4 times including by phone twice and by email twice. Never got confirmation and still have yet to get a response by email.

Toolots did a good job sending my tile saw as promised within a week . Unfortunately it arrived totally damaged . Obviously the packing and delivery company damaged it on the way .
I have sent an email already notifying them of the situation . My work has stopped until I receive another one . Let’s hope for a good outcome .
