"Really an awful experience dealing with this them!"
I was told my mill would ship in three days!Three weeks later not shipped.Called 10 times no luck!I was told it would finally ship! By that time they lost the chip pan,not happy!It took 2 or 3 week to get money back!I would never even think about trying to buy from Toollots again!It is now the 5th of July and I have not received an e-mail that they refunded my money!I started a claim with the credit card company!If it was possible to give a lower rating I would!Buyer be aware!

I have placed 3 orders now for pick up from their warehouse.
It has been over 30 days since I’ve paid on 2 the orders. The other is a week old.
I patiently wait a week for an update to be emailed to me that it’s ready for pick up. But hear nothing. I follow up every 7 days. And then again hear nothing. Then call again after 7 days, nothing again. I just want to pick up the orders I have paid for long ago. No one will seem to help

Package arrived 4 weeks after ordering. More importantly package and item was damaged. I contacted you and you responded but never remedied the problem. It has been more than three weeks since I first notified you. I have notified you three times. when are you going to get on the ball?

After waiting a few days to have someone return a call that never happened about forecasters I had to order them pay extra for overnight delivery that was gonna take two days and after two days, the order still hadn’t left your warehouse. Still waiting to see the credit on my credit card.

"IT'S A SCAM, STAY AWAY!"
It's a scam, stay away! They charged me for my order but never shipped it. I sent multiple requests for the order status to their support team, and finally asked them to cancel the order but still did not receive any response so now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company.
UPDATE: I received a response from the company saying that they would cancel my order and issue me a refund, but it has been over a week and I still have not received the refund!

I never received an order confirmation email for the order I placed three days ago. Though my credit card was charged I have no way to know if my order has been shipped or if it can be tracked.

I odder a powered pipe threader on the 27th 0f May I called to verify it was in stock. I was told it was and I would get an update in email by the following day, I got a notification that my order did not process correctly. Re ordered on the 28 th called back the Jun 4th still no updated was told she would look into it and get back to me that did not happen. Called for a refund don't have that either order 100296879
