I ordered and paid in good faith for a poly tunnel. After waiting for notification of delivery eventual notififcation came for a Wednesday. Day taken off work but no delivery ! Made a daily phine call 5 days in a row trying to determine where my delivery was. It was always someone else's fault and after threatening to withdraw my order progress was made. 9 days afetr the initial delivery date we final got a rather battered box containing the poly tunnel. Ordering was easy but delivery of the product was not acceptable.

Great product and great service, I bought a gazebo with champagne roof curtains a few years ago, decided to upgrade to a new roof and curtain's in grey, totally refreshed the gazebo, like new. Delivery was super fast too. Customer Service representative Amira was very helpful
