"Great service poor product"

I ordered an “economy” garage that arrived very quickly however the box with the heavy bits was completely smashed and a bracket missing. Putting the frame together was as per the instructions. On putting up the roof section and inserting the horizontal poles into their respective “ pouches” these pouches were not properly attached to the main section. The roof section has been replaced 3 times, I’ve given up now. The service has been excellent but let down by a poor product
