Poor quality frames to the item,4x4 gazebo,the frame legs are too long but also extremely weak on the pivot points which are tight,used mine 3 times and 5 out of 8 legs buckled and then snapped altogether,given a 3 star only because aftersales were helpful and didn't quibble about sending replacements but I couldn't get my money back and return it which I'd be more happy with as I have no confidence in it now so just sat there as backup to my original supplier one, I stupidly thought I'd give someone else a go wish I hadn't 🙄

we recently bought a tent from this company, a 5m by 8m industrial tent. upon recieving the tent we immediatly contacted them for a warranty document for safe keeping in case of the need to claim as we have previously had issues with warranty claims through seperate companies.
the tent reamined still unopened in its original packing.
they took so long to reply we decided to return the tent, as we were still within the returns period. upon requesting a cancellation/returns we were immediatly contacted stating that we are not allowed a refund due to the invoice being to a company.
the package has been unopened and is within the period for returns but they refused as apparantly in some very small print hidden somewhere it states if you invoice as a company you will have NO RIGHTS.
so on their website where they state their warranty and returns policy.
they are lying.
you arent allowed a refund especially if the invoice is addressed to a company.
We will be escalating this complaint untill we are given a refund.
