Our gazboo broke after 3 uses.

Customer service, absolutely awful.

Purchased a gazebo from House of Tents. All parts of the frame are rusty, within 3 months of purchase. Company are refusing to issue a refund and just keep asking for the reference numbers of each part of the frame so they can replace. I do not want replacements as the product quality is extremely poor.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - the customer service is awful and the product not fit for purpose.

Re the comments below from House of Tents, I have now received a reply from them advising they are unable to,offer a refund and advising that I clean the rust off the frame. DO NOT USE THIE COMPANY.

We had this Gazebo bought for us for our functions, and can honestly say it was a dream. We have tried other Gazebos, but this pop up 6x3 was so sturdy and very easy to put up if you follow instructions.

Wonderful customer service! It’s rare these days you get exceptional service and house of tents has gone top of my list! We were thrilled with the gazebo we purchased however bad luck meant we had a dented leg and a hole in one of the curtains. Without any hesitation they replaced the damaged parts swiftly and with ease. I would always buy from them again!

He was very helpful and of a professional and friendly manner answering my questions and making the service process and experience using this company very pleasant and easy, and with no quibble. Item has been confirmed that its due to arrive tomorrow (thurs)! Would highly recommend using this company!

Put in a last minute order for a marquee, as the weather forecast suddenly changed, and they did an amazing job of getting it to me on time. The marquee was well made and just what we were looking for.
