Came incomplete and damaged and 2 days late - then replacement pets came over a week pre and delayed. Am yet to see if all there. Was not great and only automated interaction.

Recently purchased a gazebo which suffered wind damage on the first day of it being erected. I spoke with customer services and even though it was not covered under the warranty, they have promised to send out the replacement parts free of charge.

I am very happy with the level of customer service I received and have no hesitation in recommending House of tents to prospective buyers.

We purchased a gazebo from the house of tents which got badly damaged and buckled by wind damage. I have been in communication with the company and their representative Jacob has gone above and beyond the call of duty. He has single handedly surpassed our expectations as a customer and delivered a solution that has made us extremely happy.

We are now awaiting our replacements parts to arrive.

I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this company. If you want a high level of customer service then purchase your tent/gazebo from these guys.
