My work and daily life got stressful, so I was looking for something to help me calm down and relax, luckily I found grounding sheets. I decided to give them a try and I couldn't be happier! Since using it, I sleep better, wake up feeling more relaxed and start my morning without stress. Instead of rushing out of bed, I take a moment to breathe and I truly believe it's because of this sheet, It's easy to setup, they have great instructions and even a youtube video.
If you're looking for something to help you unwind and sleep deeper, this is absolutely worth the money!

I purchased sheets one year ago and I went to refer two friends to order them and I couldn’t remember how much I paid so I told them I would look it up and let them know and I went into my old credit card statement and lo and behold, I found out that I was overcharged my order well over $100. I have been trying to rectify this with the company for over a month and now they’re just ignoring my emails.
I don’t care if I made the mistake or who made the mistake but they’re not even about to apologize or say we’ll look into this or anything. I’ve proven to them where I paid and how much I paid as opposed to the invoice they’re providing me and they are nowhere close the same I was definitely overcharged and they are not Caring about doing anything about it.

"This company advertises a 90 return…"
This company advertises a 90 return policy but they don’t advertise that it’s the consumer responsibility to pay for return shipping. After several attempts to get a response from them they informed me that I had to pay for return shipping to Germany. My lowest quote to return was $87 from Canada.
I won’t be returning this sheet. The only place this north of $170 sheet is going is to the garbage.

I "lost' the small plug that comes with the sheet - this is the response from the company
"I understand your concern, and I sincerely apologize for any confusion. Since we are unable to offer a replacement, we recommend purchasing a new grounding bed sheet."
Bed sheet more than US$100 - small plastic plug a few cents!!
So here is how the company can do better:
Firstly include a spare - its not an expensive item
Secondly send a replacement
Suggesting any customer buys a whole new sheet for the loss of a plug is unhelpful, inconsiderate and damaging to the environment.

I have nothing but great things to say about Grounding Official! their customer support team is awesome, super responsive, helpful and truly cares about a customer. The product itself is incredibly comfortable and after about a month of using it consistently I can confidently say I feel the benefits of grounding. No more aches and I have the best sleep I've ever had in my life.

We have been trying return our sheet since we received it and never received any response to our emails UNTIL we posted a review here. That email requested more information as to why we want to return the product despite a 90 day guarantee. We have responded to that request and once again waiting for a reply. This level of delay from your “customer support” is poor.
Please reply and confirm next steps and hopefully return paid shipping details. Order number: 154317

"Complete silence after ordering"
I’ve received my sheets and pillowcases. I have seen absolutely zero benefit so far. And I have contacted the company three times since I receive them to ask questions and I have heard zero response. during the ordering process they were very responsive. Since then, crickets. I highly doubt I could ever actually return the sheets with their 90 day guarantee.
Update: after writing this review, the company reached out to me. I had left 2 emails and 1 VM so it would be hard to believe they were just missed and it is a bummer a negative review is what it took. I am glad to hear the return window is 90 days not 30 as I had previously thought. Still no noticeable changes in my sleep or other areas but the company said this could take a while.
