if you're looking for wifi that works consistently, Internetty is not your choice.. We have not had consistent wifi in our student accommodation (Copperas house, Liverpool) for 4 months now. it works in the morning, come to about 2pm, you'll be lucky if you can watch a Netflix show for the rest of the night! We've been in constant dialogue with the customer service team but they have yet to fix it. Yesterday they blamed the issue on a "handset issue" blaming my brand new iPhone 14 which I got last month despite the wifi not working on my old phone, laptop, tv, flatmates phone and laptop. LAUGHABLE! Whatever you do, do not choose Internetty, you will regret it. I'm sure I will get a reply saying they are working tirelessly on fixing this, just a shame they've not found this fix in the 4 MONTHS we've been having issues...

Great internet, so much quicker than a previous provider (Sky) and at a great price. Fantastic customer service, our connection dropped over a few days and an engineer was out to us within half an hour, and over the Christmas period! This is a company who genuinely cares about its customers and providing them with a quality service. Really happy, and have, and will continue to, recommend them to all.

Only been with Internetty a couple of weeks but the customer service is second to none. Quick response times, friendly helpful staff and the service / speed received is phenomenal value for money.
Highly recommended if you’re thinking of changing provider.

My broadband went down at 9pm Xmas eve. Within an hour an engineer came out and did a temporary fix, which got it back up. Excellent service.

"Amazing Service, Amazing Staff, Amazing Intrnet."
I had internetty installed last week In a small rural village that no other provider was interested in servicing. The installation team are excellent, the customer service is superb and its a breath of fresh air. I am getting 750MBs download to the house when the next best service for me to get would be around 4-8MBs.
As with all internet companies you will get mixed reviews but if you compare Internetty to BT/Virgin you will see the difference shine in the reviews.

"Excellent service"
Can’t recommend this company highly enough. They have brought fibre to the premises to our village with no upfront costs, unlike Openreach who wanted £371,590 before they’d start installing.
Their installation team were excellent with very little disruption while they worked in our village.
I was getting 30-40mbps with BT “full fibre” I checked my speed today with InternetTY today it was 843mbps.
You can always phone them and talk to someone and they don’t keep you on hold for ages.

"The internet provider that doesn’t provide internet"
I have been living in my student accommodation with wifi provided by internetty for 2 months now and still can’t rely on their wifi to do any work in my room and we can’t even connect in the kitchen. Rather than showing any urgency to help they just push you to pay for an upgrade which I have done and it is still preforming to an unusable standard. Their ticketing system gets no response and their phone operators are rude.
