Customer service is first class! I've been with internetty for a few months now and service is faultless. When I switched they offered to cancel my previous agreement so one less job for me. And most recently I was experiencing some issues with my router (which turns out were self inflicted) but Brady was very patient and helpful on the Web chat and I was back up and running in less than 5 minutes.

Internetty have had their teething issues and their fair share of outages, however the ability to speak to an actual human is invaluable.
I had recently left Internetty for another ISP, however the current ISP had gone down, I spent 2 hours in a call queue for the line to close and not get through to anyone, with the internet still being down.
With internet now being essential for working from home etc, Internetty were able to get me reconnected within 30 minutes, I was not expecting them to be able to do this so quickly.
Thanks again for the excellent customer support and the accessibility to live chat is truly invaluable.

Should also mention that we did the leg work for them. We were successful with a claim and they took nearly half the money. The fees are atrocious given that they do very little and probably you could have done it yourself. Other claims companies that we have used, once they have your details necessary to proceed they have done the leg work for us.

I've just renewed my contract, and now my Mesh is paid for, my monthly rate is lower, AND my speed is now twice as fast, all completed in half a Sunday !! I've never experienced any outages other than the planned ones, and where Virgin failed.
