"Great service"

Great service, great price and fantastic speed. Will recommend to all my family and friends. From my first chat with a staff member to installation was only 15 days. The engineer was so helpful and talked through the whole process with us and made sure there was a good signal throughout the house before he left. 10/10 Oh, and best of all, if you need to contact InternetTY you get to talk to real people who really know what they are talking about......How refreshing!

"Quality Customer Service and a great product"

Really happy with Internetty, in our area there isn't much choice for internet, it's either slow copper or you get Fibre on the OFNL network. It's a bit of a captive market, so the prices are higher, but Internetty stood out to me because of it's high rating and competitive pricing.

They have not disappointed, the service has been excellent, they are always quick and easy to get hold of on Internet chat, and my router was sent overnight express delivery. Plugged it in, worked straight away.

So far, brilliant all round.

"Highly recommend Internetty!!!"

Today was the installation day for fibre with Internetty. Dave rang 5 mins before landing and when he arrived he went through all the detail of installation and we agreed what was going where. It then took him a couple of hours to complete the process and everything sorted. The bottom line has been, Dave was a great ambassador for the company and I have had not one complaint with Internetty from first making an initial inquiry several months ago. Can’t recommend them highly enough!!

Update: upon returning home couple of weeks later, found the broadband to be 'down' and essentially the modem showed a fault. Live chat resulted in engineer turning up within 15 minutes and resolved the broken wire. Outstanding service from Brady on live chat and James and Dave, engineers. Faultless service!

"Great Product & value for money service "

InterneTY replaced the very slow sky connection to our Fulstow home with their fast fibre. Excellent service from ordering on line to actually speaking to their very helpful customer service team, with a quick pick up time. Fast service from placement of order through to their first class field team of Ben, with special thanks to their customer face to face team who where polite, tidy & provided a great install & set up service by James, Dave & Keith. Thank you again & well recommend their products & service at a value for money cost.

"Absolutely brilliant service "

Absolutely brilliant service , installation was great , i was really worried as my living room is at the back of the house instead of the usual front of house , James, i didn't get the other guys name unfortunately, , but both worked great as a team , really neat tidy job and kindly asked my opinion before doing any work , both a credit to this company, i would highly recommended this company to anyone without hesitation, customer service is friendly and quick which is rare these days , thank you so much .

"Great Service"

Fault reported Saturday around 2pm. Great phone customer service from Sarah by phone, and engineer Ben arrived around 4:30pm. Problem sorted. Real people, personal service and no dreadful customer service experience you get from the bigger guys. Highly recommended.
