Had a drop in connection tonight and within 15 minutes if phoning had an engineer at my door to fix the problem (8:45pm). Ben was here for a few minutes and the problem was solved. He went above and beyond to make sure that my connection was running 100% throughout the house. Top customer service and the internet is working better than ever

Brady answered the phone when I called on Tuesday night, I was having trouble setting up my router, he was very knowledgeable and guided me however given my lack of knowledge in this field he was able to organise an appointment with an engineer for Thursday but luckily the engineer was in my area and was able to attend and set up the Internet connection for me.
Brady opened a ticket and was able to get the ball rolling and contact the necessary departments.

"Amazing service"
Although InternetTY had excellent rating on Trustpilot and Google, I was skeptical if I was taking the right decision (you know how it is!!). But placed the order with my 🤞 (no choice - I was done with my previous provider). The router arrived on time. Brady (extra 5 ⭐️ !!) sorted the connection out for me. He helped me speak to my previous provider 🤫!!, and got me on InternetTY network as quickly as possible. He was not only helpful but had lot of patience. He did not disconnect till he was sure I had connection 🫡 . Oh yes and quick response too 🫰. He even knows its me when I call InternetTY (not sure if that's good or bad but I will take it as good - 😛 😆 !!!) Overall amazing service. I just hope this remains for the next 24 months. Thank you InternetTY and special thanks to Brady.

The whole installation was very efficient with no trouble. Good comms and helpful crew. So far I am very pleased and cannot envisage any serious problems, All in all a massive improvement on BT in every way

"Smooth migration from another OFNL Provider"
I've lived on an OFNL estate for over a couple of years and this is the third provider i've migrated too. I was a little aprehensive as InternetTY only recently appeared as an ISP on the OFNL network. I would never consider migrating to an ISP that has bad reviews so luckily this wasn't an issue Internetty.
I was moving from one OFNL service provider to another so probably simpler than most. The migration took place at exactly midnight and after a downtime of about 15 minutes I was able to reconnect my router to Internetty using the new credentials they provided. Very smooth indeed.
Internetty took care of notifying my existing provider so I didn't need to. They are also very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. This was the smoothest migration experience I've ever had and to be honest with you I wan't expecting it to go so well.
I would also like to mention that in my location, since switching to Internetty, my latency tested by pinging a number of popular sites have almost halved. I did a number of ping tests before and after the switchover and found a great improvement which was also a concern of mine.
It's very early days but so far its been a great experience and long may it continue.

The internet was unfortunately down and I went online to see what was going on. Luckily for me Toni responded to my queries quickly and effectively. Also had good banter back and forth! I would highly recommend this lady gets a pay rise or bonus for the outstanding service she provided!!

"Internetty are amazing if you are looking to change your broadband and get it cheap!"
Let me say, Thank You to your install team which installed my full fibre connection! We had a very small hick-up with a small fibre break overhead but the team quickly spliced us onto a different fibre and enabled us to get online and made sure that our connection was stable! There was no mess left and the team made sure to clean up after themselves! Once again, Thank YOU for your amazing team and services and I will make sure to recommend you to people that are looking to change broadband providers!
