"Well packed and prompt delivery!"
Product was extremely well packed ( 4 Villeroy and Boch breakfast bowls ) and very prompt delivery. The day before delivery they emailed the invoice, a returns form ( not needed ), and a notice of DPD delivery. Very impressive. DPD delivered after emailing a slot, and a photo was taken by the driver who also rang the bell. Item was left on the front door step. If I didn't live in a quiet cul de sac I can well believe the reviews of items having been stolen, but then again if DPD give you a delivery slot you should stay at home during that time slot to receive the parcel. This has nothing to do with Dawsons. My whole shopping experience with Dawsons was excellent and will use them again in the future.

"A positive experience"
I was on a desperate search for a particular set of Kettler garden lounge chairs and with Covid-19, it seemed that the whole of the UK had run out of reasonably priced garden furniture but I found the set in stock at Dawsons and placed my order even though I usually don't like ordering from companies I'm not familiar with. After placing my order I read the negative reviews and got super nervous but kept my fingers crossed. My order arrived today, 8 July and I placed the order online on 26 June (there was a 7-10 working day delivery timescale) so I thought I would write a positive shopping experience review as a thank you to Dawsons for my beautiful chairs (Kettler Lyon duo) and hopefully this might be helpful for anyone thinking of ordering from them.

Didn't receive part of the order but as we didn't take a picture of the order when we received it they have basically said they don't trust us. Don't use this company.

Haven’t given 5 star as the screw plastic caps - not essential as inside are missing - probably the manufacturers fault though rather than Dawsons

"Possibly no stock"
They say they have stock and when you check on other sites for the same thing they are all out of stock. Reading other reviews I will not be purchasing anything

"Super efficient dealing with the problem"
I have purchased a KitchenAid kettle through the shop and two months later the plug fused with the socket. I called customer services and everything has been sorted out with super efficiency and care - just like by magic. Thank you again for such dedication especially during the current times.
