"No after care service!"

Purchased a barbecue from them on 31st May and took delivery on the 4th June but discovered when assembling it, that one of the parts was too big. Phoned and emailed since the 4th June with only an automated reply. After care services very poor. Definitely wouldn’t recommended this Company.

Ordered some Kettler furniture on 20th May on the understanding it would be delivered in 7-14 days. However 3 weeks on and it’s still not been received. Was finally told it would be delivered on 9th June but despite waiting in all day It never turned up. You cannot get through to anyone via telephone and have sent several e-mails which have not been responded to. This is totally unacceptable!! If there are problems with delivery then some communication would be appreciated. Do not use this company. I understand that things are taking longer due to Covid-19 but to not offer any explanation is disgusting.

"Zero customer service"

I had a phone call at the beginning of last week to say my order was being delivered on Saturday but I would get an update and time slot on Friday. I had neither of these and was left waiting all day just in case it turned up. Phone lines are going through to answer phone even though it says it should be open Sat am and no reply to emails sent. Poor communication which is frustrating.

Update: still no communication all of Monday and Tuesday. Tried to call but nobody is answering the lines and they can’t be bothered to email back to 5 of my emails either. Very poor service. I have contacted citizens advice for next steps. I understand that we are in difficult times but to to provide zero communication following a failed delivery is not acceptable.

Had a phone call last week saying my kettler garden furniture would be delivered yesterday by delivery company. Called delivery company and there was some confusion at depot and apparently dawsons said they would call us and deliver themselves. As this was after 1pm phone lines were closed on Friday so sent an email and phone went straight through to voicemail all day today. Still waiting for a response as to where my goods are and when I'll receive them.

Great product & service from these guys. We bought a lovely table & chair set from them with ceramic table top inlay. Really good quality & value. Unfortunately one of the ceramic tile inlays got broken in transit, so they replaced it free of charge and super quick, even in lockdown. Communications with Louise in customer services have been great as well. Very responsive and helpful right the way through. Thoroughly recommend.

Can anyone help? I ordered some garden furniture from Dawson’s via the gardenworldfurniture website nearly two weeks ago & still haven’t had a delivery date confirmed. Can anyone put my mind at rest that this is a legitimate website & they’re just struggling coping with the orders in the current climate. Phone number not working & no reply to my emails so far.

Placed an order end of April and still not received. Emailed three times no response. Phoned three times at around 1630 only to find the answerphone comes on telling me open 0900 to 1700.

I would not recommend anyone order from this company

I’ve used Dawsons several times over the years and been delighted every time, just got my dinner service Villeroy and Boch and yes it is expensive but they did an amazing price and every single piece I wanted. They have become my new John Lewis 😀

Ordered 2 separate kettler garden furniture sets kept well informed re progress, had faulty chair on first delivery, emailed with photo, they effected a replacement, all arrived as they said. Pleased with service. On this basis will use them again.
