This company lied about when they could pick up my vehicle only to earn my business. After I signed the agreement they said vehicles were not available. For that date. They also quoted me a price, then tried to charge me three times the amount of the agreed upon price on the back end. I asked for a refund after they lied again about being able to pick up the vehicle at a later date. They wasted my time and were dishonest in order to secure a customer. Do not do business with this company. They lack integrity.

"Total Scam"

Total Scam! Do not waste your time!
They quoted me $450 dollars, then were a day late to pick up my vehicle. The next day they called me 1 hour before the pickup and said the delivery price would be over 50% more than the quote!
Be careful and select another company and make sure they have a refund available for your deposit!

Driver all of a sudden was not available
They wanted to charge 1000 more for another driver.
Horrible experience I was left in a terrible bind

Not to be confused with American Haulers.
Oh boy, where to begin. Amicable phone call, promise of a short-haul cost of 90.00. Contract signed, 50.00 advance....Matt Jhones. But, accent as from someone from the subcontinent.
Then,
a. 1 hr later, "driver broke down, cannot take your vehicle...the new driver wants 100.00 added to your 50.00." I reluctantly agreed.
b. 45 minutes later, "That driver is no longer available and we are trying to find another." After another 30 or so minutes, "we found a driver for you but you would need to have the car ready to ship tomorrow....we talked him down to 150.00 plus your 50.00."
c. Now, I am getting worried. I asked for confirmation of the driver. "yes, yes, the driver is confirmed. They will call you in 2 hrs to make sure you will be ready."
d. No call...I waited. No call...3 hrs later, I called the number they furnished and left a message. Called again and left a message 1 hr later. Finally, I texted and stating that I am canceling. The driver texted back that he had no idea of my assigned load to him.
e. I had used my cc to make the deposit, so I disputed the charge. Emailed American Haul and stated that I am canceling immediately.
f. Called AH in the morning and got a person on the line who said the driver was on route...?! "No, we are cancelled and I do not believe this person is anywhere near my home."

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. They are Bait and Switch. Do not trust this company.
