Overall experience was good. My car was shipped from STL to FL , the initial price was little less and it hiked but overall David and his team was keep updating the shipping information. Car was delivered within 2 day. If you book the car then so many company will try call and confuse you so don’t worry and you can trust this company.

Matt Jones with American Haul was very helpful in explaining the process of transporting my vehicle from coast to coast. He followed up with me at every step, showing genuine care. American Haul offers competitive pricing. I paid my deposit to American Haul and then paid the carrier fee directly to the driver's company upon delivery.

Overpromised and failed to deliver. Upon booking the transport we were assured that they were "working hard" to get our vehicle picked up and delivered. Frequent emails, texts, and calls led to having to cancel the transport and to seek a more reliable method of getting the car here.

I suspect that this place is a call center in another country and not American at all.

Think before you book with American Haul and Matt. They make promises and do no deliver, period.

I had a great experience with Steve and American Haul. They were able to arrange my vehicle pick up and delivery in a very short period of time with no hiccups or delays. I would definitely recommend Steve for your vehicle shipping needs, as I will use them again in the future if the need arises.

"Liars and Scammers"

Her name is Mary. She quoted me $660 initially and I booked with her. I even made sure to confirm on NUMEROUS occasions that it was the FINAL price and there were no hidden fees.

The day before my car was due to be picked up, she had her "dispatcher" call me to tell me the longest story about how they tried to "negotiate" with the driver a good price. Why was there negotiation going on after I already signed the paperwork for the price i was already given?! This time the new price was double at $1,200. All right before i needed my car picked up. This is a scam, and they do their work by LYING to your face, stay far away!

Of course i had to agree to what i could get, i was moving out of state the following day. What was i supposed to do? Abandon my car!?

And by the way, my car still hasnt left the state it was picked up in after 5 days when it was supposed to be delivered TODAY. You cannot make this up!
