I have to do a 1 star just to leave a review. SCAMMERS. Gave a deposit never called called them day before pick up and changed the quote from 800 to 1800. Was told to leave it sitting somewhere till it was assigned to a driver. Could be 3 to 5 business days. Yeah sure it get towed if I left it sitting some where. Now I have to push back my move date due to them. Run don't work with them they are scammers thomas

"Scam, be aware do not use this business"

This is a scam business with fake ratings listed. They make you pay a deposit before assigning a driver. No other business will charge the deposit until they assign a driver. American Haul LLC is the name the salesperson will have on the email, but on the website, they list themselves as American Auto Haul. No driver will take such a lowball amount to haul state to state. Be aware that they will blow up your phone for days saying they have a driver waiting and it is not true. Buyers, only go to Forbes list or Google top rated list for legit auto haulers. You will be happy you listened to me.

Jason communicated with me every step of the way. Unfortunately, another company called me to try and represent that they were from American Haul. FYI: only speak to the person you signed the contract with. Jason even called me to confirm that I receieved my vehicle.

Never shipped a vehicle before so this was a first. From the moment I received a quote from Christina, It was the best price and she was very assuring to me that everything would work out. Christina answered all my questions, all my texts, and kept in excellent contact throughout the process. For me , having never shipped a motorbike, across the country, and not knowing who to trust, I really felt safe dealing with Christina. I took a chance and it was wonderful.
She found a driver , Alex, and he brought my dads old bike to California in record time. The bike arrived perfect. I cannot stress enough how great this company is at listening to the customer and working out the fine details. Thank you Christina and Alex !
