The worst company, their customer service is really bad, I have not solved in 1 week, I had a medical emergency and I need to cancel my reservation, I have everything documented and nobody attends me, it is really terrible, the cheap is very expensive

Ho disdetto una prenotazione totalmente rimborsabile 18 mesi fa ma non sono ancora stato rimborsato. Nonostante il covid altre compagnie come Booking o Air BeB mi hanno rimborsato subito anche le prenotazioni non disdicibili. Loro mi hanno offerto prima un Voucer che ho rifiutato essendo la mia prenotazione totalmente rimborsabile ed ora continuano a temporeggiare. Questo non è un comportamento serio

Unfortunately I’ve had to give 1* but they certainly do not warrant it. Cancelled my room before COVID 2020 lockdown March 2020. They are Ignoring emails absolutely dreadful service. Never ever book with them again, they were quick to take your money. Customer service/care is non existent.

Last months they don't replay at any e-mail from us.

"This company is basically dishonest"
This company is basically dishonest. Guaranteed reimbursement if cancellation was the contract when I booked in February 2020. They then 'lost' my cancellation in spite of my having a print out of the communication. After numerous emails and being 'fobbed off' every time I have now been waiting nearly a year for the credit. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

"I will never use Flixhotels in my booking again."
We ordered and paid in February, 2020 but was forced to cancel due to Covid-19. We have been fighting since then to get a refund - One year later: No succes and they don't care. Many nice mails, but that's it. So next time I'm traveling a booking through Flixhotels will absolutly be avoided - they have simply stolen my money.

They are HORRIBLE!! We booked a hotel then had to cancel it during March of the 2020 pandemic. They said they'd give us a voucher but we wanted our money back. They said we would have it by 12/31/20 and of course even though I've sent numerous emails I've not gotten anything back and it is now March 2021. I even said we would take a voucher now and of course NOTHING FROM THEM! I will NEVER book with the again!! And I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM!!

depuis avril 2020 je réclame le remboursement pour voyage annulé cause covid 19 1er email de fli hotel demande mes coordonnées bancaire pour le remboursement au mois d'octobre je refait une demande car je refuse leur avoir me disent qu'il rembourseront au 31/12/2020. Janvier je réclame de nouveau je reçois un email il faut attendre 2021 pas de mois précis. Hier je refait une demande toujours la meme réponse en 2021 toujours pas de date. Je pense que sait une escroquerie et j'ai bienpeur de ne jamais etre remboursé
