Go and find another provider. I repeat Do not go in any type of contract with onecom. After the experience I have had with them all I can say is If you do Try them get ready for sleepless nights.. If your want Onecom nightmares, please help yourself.

Impossible to escape from their contracts and I am now paying £122 per month for a sim-only deal with Vodafone that would cost £10 per month from any other provider. They have added an additional £19.95 to my company's bill also for a "OneCom Cyber Pro Plan" for the past two months without informing us.
