Shower head gave up the ghost within the guarantee period. Two emails later I have a replacement, friendly, efficient and no problem service.
Also great that the guarantee period is five years.

We had some serious issues with our shower after major works by our local water company, so I contacted Hansgrohe for help – Emma from customer support and Hannah from technical support identified the problem very quickly, and were very helpful and supportive throughout.
We’re very happy with the look and quality of our new shower head and hose, the problems we were having have gone and the new shower is working beautifully. We’re very happy customers and have peace of mind that the product and customer support are of top quality, which really gives us peace of mind.

I recently had a problem with an old Hansgrohe shower kit. I figured I would try to fix it on my own and was extremely pleased with the amount of information on their website and their phone and online customer service. Given that I am clueless about plumbing, I relied on them heavily and yet they were responsive in a very timely manner and offered top quality advice. Not only are their products top of the line, but so are the people working at Hansgrohe UK. Very very satisfied customer.
