"I am a senior citizen"

I am a senior citizen. I don't have alot of money. I purchased 3 rugs to match. I recieved 2 of the rugs but not my 3rd 8' round to match the others. Two different customer service people told me I was correct and they would send the rug. I've been waiting weeks.

I called FedEx and they told me only 2 rugs were delivered they sent me proof of delivery with 2 different tracking numbers. I had the same proof of delivery photos on our porch.

Wayfair investigation team keeps saying I recieved all 3 rugs and I didn't. Today I asked them for proof of the 3rd tracking number and proof of the 3rd proof of delivery.

I want my rug, so all my rugs match. I've contacted Wayfair 5 times today will be 6 times. A customer shouldn't have this many issues and a company taking your money blaming FedEx when FedEx can prove they never received it. It's excuse after excuse. I'm not rich in fact I'm poor and Wayfair doesn't care. They are just keeping my money and resolving nothing. Show me proof Wayfair of 3rd tracking number and delivery of proof. You can't because I only got 2. This company won't make it right with the customer. Don't waste your money or time. They are a rip off and this is theft by service. I'm reporting them to BBB, Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General of their state. A customer shouldn't have to go this far to get what they paid for. This company has caused me stress and anxiety because I don't have the money. Shame on you Wayfair Temu, Tik Tok and Amazon honors there customers. Don't do business with this company

"I ordered TV stand and they said it…"

I ordered TV stand and they said it will be two parts delivery. On my order information it will be delivered on 11/13 both items but yesterday I only received the 2nd part which 1st part is missing and no updates when the 1st will be deliver. It is very unacceptable and unprofessional movement of this company. You must be accurate on what or when to deliver the item. It is annoying!!!

"Claim "no hassle returns" but straight up fraud"

Claim "no hassle returns" but will sell you an open box item that isnt eligible for return without disclosing it. Fraud in 2 ways. 1) not honoring the return of a brand new items (in my case a range hood that required a deeper shelf so i didnt install it, and immediately placed back in box to return). 2) not disclosing the open-box status. Not on the website. Not on the invoice. Not even when attempting the return. I had to contact them to be told it was indicated in their back-end system. FRAUD

"Terrible company, terrible customer service."

I ordered a tv stand from Wayfair. It arrived on my doorstep and all my husband and I did was bring it inside. The package had multiple punctures in it, but we hoped for the best. We opened the package and of course there were multiple dents in the door of the tv stand. We didn’t bother to take anything else out of the package as it was obviously damaged, and I don’t want a damaged tv stand in my living room. I messaged Wayfair and the first person was great. She said no problem we will replace that for you, and we will have FedEx come and pick up your original one tomorrow. I waited multiple days and nothing. Then I get a message saying the resolutions management team is taking a look at it and that they need more photos. So I untape the box again and take more photos of the damage to the box and the damage to the door. I send the photos over and receive an email saying that the “item did arrive as intended. And our supplier will be standing behind this item.” And to top it off I can pay to return the item if I would like! Me pay for the damaged item to be returned…absolutely ridiculous. Someone show me in the description of the tv stand where it tells me that I am supposed to receive a dented and damaged door. So just because I ordered a tv stand from wayfair and it arrived to me damaged, I’m somehow responsible for this. I will never be buying anything from this company again. What an awful policy and false advertising to have your customers be responsible for products that arrive damaged to them. Despicable.

Your management resolutions team is the problem!! They are losing you customers! A product arrived damaged to my home and I’ve been told nothing is wrong with it and that I can pay to ship it back if I’m not happy with it. Absolutely absurd.

"WORST products I've ever purchased."

Three recent towels/bathroom purchases fell part after one wash. EXTREMELY poor return policy and they do not stand by their products as AMAZON. I will never order from them again.

"Delivery woes"

Well, I can’t even comment about the item we ordered because it hasn’t been delivered.
Maybe it will never be delivered. Who knows?
Mayfair have promised us three separate delivery dates and none of them have happened yet. Mayfair texts “it’s on the truck”. We take the day off to receive delivery and an hour and a half into the wait we get a text that says they “couldn’t fit it on the truck.” They knew that an hour and a half ago and we should have been notified so we could have gone to work or not sat around waiting for something that was never going to come? So I called the Mayfair “no help” line and tell them to cancel it, and Mayfair tells me they will charge me a cancellation fee! So I have to pay for Mayfairs ineptitude!
No offer of any compensation. Nothing. Don’t order from Mayfair. I can’t imagine having to try to return something when something as simple as a delivery can’t even be managed by Mayfair.
Oh, and I got hung up on.
EDIT: two days taking off work to get this delivery. Hope it’s not three. No trust here.
EDIT 2: I did receive communication from Mayfair which I appreciated. The item was delivered on the second scheduled delivery date. This was a very large medicine cabinet, all mirrored, and the drivers refused to stay while my husband inspected the package. After they drove away, he noticed a large dent in the package which was worrisome due to fragility of the item inside.The item was undamaged and exactly what we wanted. However, we found that manufacturers installation of some of the hinges were botched, and several of the already installed screws were stripped. Fortunately, my husband is handy and was able to manage these defects.
Due to the company reaching out to me, I am going to change my one star review to three.

"I ordered a range exhaust"

I ordered a range exhaust. First it was lost and then they reshipped it. From the time I ordered it till I received it was nearly 6 weeks. As a result, my project was finished and I could no longer use the range hood. When I tried to return for a refund I was informed that this was non-returnable. Read the fine print very carefully! I am out over $800!! Customer service was terrible!!

"Bad customer service/Return experience. "

Purchased a very expensive bed and it turned out to be very bad quality. I have been on the phone now with Wayfair, who does employ some of the nicest customer service reps, over 12 times and the product is still sitting in my foyer a week after delivery and I have no date for pick up or refund. No nice reps can overcome the service they need to provide. Looking elsewhere for future purchases.

"Stay away from this scam of a store"

Stay away from this scam of a store. I bought a fireplace from them and the day after it was delivered I found out that it was available for $300 cheaper at Lowes. I call Wayfair and was told that they don't have any price match policy and if I return the fireplace then I will have to pay $200 in return shipping charges. Never again ordering from Wayfair.
