"I ordered a tv stand with fireplace"
I ordered a tv stand with fireplace. Paid extra $90 to have a professional come and put it together. I was told he would be here today at 2:30. Never showed. Come to find out he cancelled and I wasn't notified. I called customer service and was told they can't get anyone to come. I took off work to wait. So i told them to take the furniture back; they had the nerve to say they have to charge a fee to return item. Never will I shop Wayfair again and I will tell everyone about this experience.. The response I received from Wayfair was that the issue was resolved. It was resolved when I asked for a refundthat I paid ahead of time for the person to put my furniture together. It was resolved when I hung up on the customer service agent who told me that If I want to return item Id have to pay a fee. After I lost 2,000 of pay to take the day off to wait for someone to put this together cancelled the appointment and not finding out until late in the day. NO WAYFAIR THIS HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED TO MY SATIISFACTION.....

Was about to buy several tool cabinets until I read other general reviews about the company. With that many negative complaints and answers from the company that basically tell each person that it is their problem now I am going to search elsewhere

They sold us a chandelier that broke in 3 months. This came straight from China and now I see other reviews about how bad the quality is. Customer service promised to refund our money but was dishonest and did not.
Buy from a reputable place not Wayfair.
Oh and they replied to this post saying they resolved the issue, let me tell you that it's not the truth. More lies from them. Buy with a reputable retailer not a scam website!!!!

How long does it phucking take to ship a product 2000 miles, 12 days? I could have picked it up on my bike. I regret using WaySlow, I should have read the reviews. Waste of time, just like everybody says

Bought a comfortable wrong size would have to pay over $40 to return it. This is outrageous to have to pay this amount of money to send something back . Most store have a return receipt with no charge. They don’t tell you you’ll have to pay to return anything. Pls don’t buy from them if a mistake is made you lose out your pocket

I ordered a couch on 11/02 to be delivered, white glove delivery on 11/15. 5 days after ordering, I noticed the price went down $300 in price. I called for a price match and they told us no because of “logistic reasonings”. Which makes no sense but to each their own. That was red flag 1.
Red flag 2- 1.5 days before my delivery, I got an email stating it was rescheduled for 11/17. So, we sat and waited all day on 11/17 for it to get delayed until “8 pm”, then they canceled it at 5 pm. When we called and asked what in the world was going on, my partner asked for compensation. It was literally like arguing with a wall. He got nowhere for over an hour until he talked them up to $200.
We got a reschedule date for today 11/19. I wake up and it’s CANCELED FOR A THIRD TIME. With no new delivery date.
Their customer service is atrocious. Not only do they not price match their own website for a couch we ordered and DONT have yet (that’s now $400 cheaper than when we ordered) they are 100% scammers with their delivery methods. I don’t think they understand that people need to schedule time to be home from work to sit and wait for a delivery. I will never order a single item from this website ever again after how they treat their customers and continuously lie about delivery. I will be writing a complaint to the BBB and advising every single person I know to never order from this unreliable, untrustworthy site with terrible customer service.
Had I seen the reviews before ordering, i would have spared my self the headache in the first place. Not even $200 partial refund is enough to continue dealing with this insanity.

While they say the issue was resolved, it’s because they eventually waived the “return fee” because they couldn’t guarantee when our delivery would be.

"Joss & Main and Wayfair - No customer service, low quality"
Summary: Poor quality products and no customer service.
We purchased 4 vanities from Joss & Main. Far less than a year after installing the vanity, water started leaking from the inside of the vanity to the corner, quickly damaging the composite material. We have a smaller vanity from the same line which has the same issue. It's very clear that this is a massive manufacturing defect if it appeared in two units from the same brand.
Joss & Main / Wayfair does not stand behind their products. Support told me that since it had been more than 30 days since purchase, there was nothing they could do. They didn't even offer to help address the issue to prevent it from getting worse.
Any company that cares about their reputation, or retaining customers, would make an exception to their policy to address what is so obviously a manufacturing defect. No we're left with 2 out 4 Joss & Main vanities damaged less than a year old, and will have to spend a lot of money to replace them.
I wish I had read a review like this before I purchased. I've never had such a poor customer service experience and will not purchase from this company again.

"Recieved brushed nickel house numbers…"
Recieved brushed nickel house numbers and they looked like they were made by todlers (paint overrun, scratched, poor quality, cheap looking). I go to return them and they charge me $11.00!??? I call to complain as there is no chat function and the woman asks that I send pictures. So I do and she tells me that I recieved what was pictured so the return fee stands. I said are you kidding me?????? You can see with your own eyes that they are unusable. She just kept repeating herself. Said they change for returns because "they offer free shipping"!!!!!!??? Well so does Amazon and the also don't charge for returns! I will never buy from them again.

"Worst shipping ever"
The tracking show it is ready to be delivered, and I get the text saying they are ready to deliver. But then they text me saying they need 72 hours to find where my item at.
One week later, they reschedule to deliver to deliver on 11/23 again. It schedules for 1:00PM to 5:00PM. A moment later, I get another email. My deliver has delayed because the part is damaged. Now I need to wait another 72 hours again to get an update and wait another week for deliver. I try to get the table for my Thanksgiving party purpose, now it is going to be deliver after Thanksgiving. There is no more purpose anymore, so I ask how can I cancel my order, but they refuse to let cancel it. Both the supplier and I are on the same state, and I do not know what is the difficult on it. I have ordered many things in my life, but I have never experience as difficult as this one. This is like a modern day scam. Where I will not ship your item nor do I refund it.

"Ordered a bedspread set in…"
Ordered a bedspread set in october..paid with PayPal. Waited and waited, checked shipping date and it kept moving back. I get to looking at invoice and it said I had balance of $1.79 or right around there. Called and ask what this balance was paypal paid, she said they refused this small amount..I told her I'd used paypal for yrs and this had never happened..was told sometimes they do this..bunk. I got to thinking I think they came up with a tax or something and tried to put it through paypal without my ok and they refused to do it. I never got a note there was a balance, I don't have proof but I'm pretty sure this is what happened. I cancelled the order
