"Stay as far away as you can"
Stay as far away as you can! We purchased a pool, they sent us the wrong one, supposedly out of the model they sold us, talked us into a model we didn’t want. We ended up sending it back and they kept all our money. Claimed the finance company had it, the finance company said they had it. After 4 months trying to get my money back I gave up. Do not use this company. Awful.

i ordered 2 Christmas trees for my daughter's new house on oct 26. the first tree was delivered the next day. the second tree was delivered to the wrong house. i called, they said they would refund and i could reorder. i did this nov 4. the tree never shipped. i called multiple times. it still hasn't been delivered, a month later. i called multiple times with no resolution. she will not have the second tree in time for Christmas and they tell me they cannot cancel or refund because their records show it had a shipping label printed. fed ex tracking shows it did not ship. do NOT recommend this company

Booked a chandelier install with my WayFair purchase. Confirmed they could perform an install on a 17ft ceiling before booking. the pro's aren't professionals, they are unprepared reckless side-gig people.
the last reschedule that actually showed up came with a 12ft ladder scratched my floor, demanded money for travel. all while trying to convince me to cancel and pay him directly.
attempting a refund is a random link on their site to complete a form to get approved and then have a check sent 3 weeks later lol you can't make this up.

2 stars for the 2 purchases that went .smoothly. I trusted Wayfair completely, never thinking twice about buying from them, until this time. Perigold is like somehow an affiliate of Wayfair. I bought a bathroom vanity and never got it, but they claimed that I did and wouldn’t refund my money. Total fraud.

Contacted customer service about an item that was totally different than the product image. They responded a couple times back and forth and then not again. Wtf?

"Defective light, terrible customer service"
Purchased a light for my dining room that fell off the ceiling after just over a month. The screws that were attached broke due to poor quality. I contacted Wayfair who said theres nothing they can do because its passed 30 days. This is despite it clearly saying theres a 1 year warranty on their website. Only after threatening to dispute the purchase on my credit card did they agree to look into the issue.
Terrible customer service and poor quality items.

"I'm doing a bath renovation"
As you can see from the response from Wayfair below, they didn't even read my concern. It was about poor delivery estimations, poor customer service and setting expectations with the customer that were not reliable. Since they took my money and couldn't deliver. I canceled my order.
I'm doing a bath renovation. Ordered a mirror on Monday, expected delivery Sunday. I chatted three times with customer service. Item never shipped. I was told that supplier only ships on Tuesday. (Yes, I placed my order on Monday) never received the mirror. It's Sunday. I have no idea of it will ship and when I will get it.

"Shady business"
After purchasing a similar bed that squeaked terribly, we hoped a higher price point would equal higher quality. Imagine my surprise when we received a Zinus brand frame (the same low cost brand available from Amazon, Wayfair, and other retailers for much less). The only difference between this one and the one that costs a third of the price is that it has wooden slats and no screws. While investigating, I found that the bed I'd purchased cost $150 less from BL because it had gone on sale the day I received it. I contacted customer service to ask for a price adjustment (since I had received the bed on the day of the sale), and they told me no price adjustment could be provided. My only option would be to return it and absorb the $199.75 return shipping costs (which aren't advertised when you buy the frame). I highly recommend using Google image search to find a better frame from a more reputable seller. Birch Lane, where we've slapped a nicer label on a cheap product and will ensure you're stuck with it by the time you figure it out. Happy shopping!

"Very upset customer"
I am kind of upset I want to kind of return the recliner I bought it ain't safe it's hard to set it back up after you recline I almost fell out of it trying to get up I'm very disappointed in it and I don't like there's not a human being to talk.
And then you want me to put a conference Nation number and then you want a picture of the box I don't keep the box after I set up the chair you guys are frustrating I want to return the item and get a better item but oh there's nobody to answer to
