The description on the item I ordered is 30 x 40 22 mill heavy duty tarp. I received a 9 x12. This was not what I ordered. I ended up talking to customer service and they agreed to corre3ct the error. They sent me the same unit 9 x 12. Now they won't even respond. No refund and no call tag to return an item they falsely advertised and did not fulfill the original order. Don't order from this company. Corporate scammers

"Bad service and return policy…"
I ordered a Christmas deer from Wayfair. It was delivered damaged and broken. I contacted Wayfair and all they want to do is for me to keep the item. They refuse to send me a new item. I followed proper protocol and submitted a return on the website with photos. Still They refuse to do anything to make this right.Why would I want a broken item when I paid for a new one. Customer service is horrible. I will never order from Wayfair again. They don't stand behind the products they sell. Going to stick with Walmart, at least they stand behind the products they sell and they care about good customer service and support. Wayfair is pathetic.

So Wayfair responded to my review but it’s probably a bot because they totally missed the point of my complaint and responded as it was a product or quality issue. WOW! totally out of touch!

Never going to do business with Wayfair again. It’s frustrating dealing with them. Still waiting for the 3rd delivery date given and only when I reach out do I find out it hasn’t even shipped yet. Now I’ve been given deliver over a month from now and I’m out of country by then

"I am beyond frustrated with Wayfair"
I am beyond frustrated with Wayfair. I never received the package I ordered, despite them promising a refund by 10 a.m. this morning. Instead, they sent me an email telling me to report the issue to the police. Not only did I never get my item, but the customer service I received was rude, and no one could offer a resolution after hours of talking with their team. I’m not going to pay for something I never received, and this experience completely ruined my Thanksgiving. I wouldn’t recommend buying from Wayfair, as their lack of responsibility and poor treatment of customers is unacceptable.

"Terrible service, slow delivery, almost lost item "
Ordered a shower door that said delivery would be between Nov 8 and 10th. On the 10th am it was still in another country. By 3pm it had arrived in my city and I thought it would be delivered on time. Then it just sat there for a week. I contacted Wayfair and they said it would be sometime in the next 10 days (while already a week late). When I said that wasn’t enough details they found me a Fed Ex tracking number (which showed Fed Ex had not even received the item yet). Next day I get a call from Fed Ex saying they attempted delivery but the address was wrong when it wasn’t (all because there were bins out the front and contractors at the house). I told them the address was correct. Got a text from the driver and he said he could leave it at the pick up location if that worked and I agreed. He told me the address of the pick up location and their hours and said it would be there for 7 days. This was the 20th. My husband went to pick it up on the 25th and they said it had been returned since it had been over a week. We had screen shots of all the calls, Wayfair customer service chat and texts between us and Wayfair and Fed Ex. I contact Wayfair again and it says “payment problem” even though that wasn’t a problem when they attempted delivery and I can see where the money came out of my account Nov 1st. Fed Ex calls the text number and it goes to their customer service and they can see a copy of our texts so they go to look for the item again and find it. If my husband had just left we wouldn’t have had the item at all. This was my first (and last) Wayfair order). Amazon would never be like this.

was suppose delivery a hot tub between 2 - 6. kept checking and called delivery was late. checked at 7:15 tracking said check address it was correct then said rescheduled. It was 9 minutes away. Terrible service so we cancelled.

"Terrible product & terrible customer service"
I received my 24" wreath from the manufacturer in an undamaged 18". It was squeezed in so tight that it was a minor battle to get it out. The first thing that I noticed was silver glitter all over the table & floor (not good because I was planning to use this indoors). The next thing I noticed is that the wreath looked like it had been run over by a truck.
I immediately went to the website and tried to initiate a return. They wanted to sent a replacement which I certainly did not want. It was suggested that I contact customer service to discuss other options. I was so annoyed that I just put it aside.
The next day nothing that I had done at the site was saved so I had to start from scratch again including sending them a photo. The chat person JadeAnn said that she couldn't see any damage. I asked to speak to a manager & was told that if I sent an email they would respond in 4-5 days. After further pressing she agreed to accept the return but said that I'd have to pay the shipping. At that I terminated the chat and goggle searched for a phone #. The phone rep was pleasant but I had to go through the whole saga for a 3rd time. She took the same approach though, offering me a return that would cost me $9.99 shipping. When I protested she gave in and agreed to send me a FedEx label.
Over the last year or so I hade bought an adjustable bad & mattress, and just recently a tv stand. I'd never returned anything to them before, but I was treated as though I was somehow trying to scam them. I'm done with Wayfair.
Wayfair's response is laughable. After all that do they really expect me to go to their website and report an inferior product. Didn't I already do that once on chat & once on a phone call?

"Wayfair customer support worthless"
I received my order which was king adjustable zero gravity bed frame. I also purchased assembly since the bed frame weighs 193 pounds. The delivery was freight drop off so no white glove to bring this order to 2nd floor master room. Wayfair outsourced the assembly to Angi which planned for 1 professional service at $171.95 so I talked to Angi customer service and provide the scope.of the assembly so Angi rescheduled. Problem was they were sending a single professional once again and after explaining to the professional there like that is a 2 person job. I canceled the assembly and had another company perform the lift and assembly. Wayfair just know charged the credit card 171.95 WTF. I had to file a dispute since no way to speak with Wayfair billing agent their customer support said talk to your credit card bank. WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN.. BTW the bed frame is nice but had a slight pully noise so I am living with it and not deal with returning it.

"False Advertisement"
Awful business practice and false advertising. They advertise a delivery date of yesterday 11/26 after I paid the $140.00 for express shipping. Item did not arrive on the date promised. Now Fedex site is saying delivery date not determined. It is too late for the items now as I need them for tomorrow. I contacted them for a full refund so I could go out today and try to find the tiems in local stores. They told me I need to wait an additional week. What was the $140 paid for for express shipping then? If I go to Fedex myself and express ship an item, it arrives when it is supposed to arrive depending up on what type of shipping I purchased. This company is the worst. Stay far away. If it was Amazon, no questions asked if delivery is delayed they would refund immediately. Their business practice seems borderline illegal. I was so hesitant to order with them in the first place, but I thought they would stand behind the shipping if I paid for the express shipping. Boy was I duped.

"Poor Customer Service and Unreasonable Return Policy"
I had a very disappointing experience with Wayfair recently. I ordered an item expecting timely delivery, but it arrived 6 days late, with no updates throughout the process. The delay caused significant inconvenience, and I had to order the item from another vendor who delivered it within 2 days.
When I tried to return the unopened item, Wayfair insisted on charging me a return fee, despite the delay being entirely their fault. This policy is completely unreasonable, as the issue stemmed from their inefficiency, not mine. To make matters worse, their customer service offered no solutions other than directing me to handle the return through their online portal.
Wayfair's failure to take accountability for their mistakes and refusal to provide a free return option has left a sour taste. I expected much better from a company of this size. I will not be shopping with them again and caution others about their lack of flexibility and poor customer support.
