"Items Never Shipped, Shady Resellers?"
I've had two orders totaling over $1500 be cancelled by Wayfair this month with almost no communication. I've had to call them every day just for updates, which are almost always wrong. I don't believe they have access to the items they are selling, and they are working with shady resellers. I have used Wayfair in the past with great success. I don't know what changed, but just buy somewhere else.

"Not happy with the service"
Not happy with the service. My delivery was Re-scheduled twice after confirming the day of delivery. Product was damaged and they didn't even finished assembling the items so they rescheduled again for another day. I missed three different days of work and still don't have my items

Beware of Wayfair's shady refund practices. I purchased two $600+ nightstands that arrived damaged, and Wayfair offered a $300 partial refund so I wouldn’t have to return them. Two weeks later—after the return period expired—they reversed the refund and falsely claimed my photos didn’t show the item. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card without authorization. Now I’m stuck with damaged furniture and no resolution. Absolutely unacceptable and unethical. Shop elsewhere!

Do not EVER use Wayfair unless you are absolutely positive you are going to keep the item.
I am out over $300 - for the privilege of seeing some counter stools that looked clunky and much too heavy for my petite bar. They charged me $80 for shipping one way, it's going to cost me $80 to ship them the other way, plus I paid $100 for assembly, And now I have to pay someone else to disassemble them and try to put them back in the boxes they came in because they can't be returned otherwise. The company has no customer service, and there is no White Glove delivery. They do not care about their customers. You get what you pay for, but in this case I didn't get what I paid for, I got totally ripped off.

"Run... don't just walk away"
I bought a recliner and when it was delivered FedEx just threw it off the truck into the wet grass. The chair itself broke after just 2 weeks. I called to return it but they told me it had to be repacked and returned in it's original container and I would have to pay for return shipping. Well the box was destroyed after being thrown off the truck! They gave me a 10% store credit and the chair can't even be given to Goodwill. I ordered a tablet holder with the credit and it broke within 24hours of receipt. I should have just used my money to build a fire in the fireplace. Run run run!!!

BEWARE BEWARE!!!! I ordered a item it came broken in the box I send pictures to show them took a week to write me back after I send the pictures to come back and ask for more pictures then wait another two weeks just for a response I call give me the run around so I ask for a REFUND then came back to ask me to send back a broken item that’s in piece and JUST GIVE ME HALF OF MY MONEY BACK I WILL NEVER I MEAN NEVER SHOP AT THIS COMPANY AGAIN BEWARE OF WHERE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY!!!!!!😡😡😡😡

"I purchased three chairs only to find…"
I purchased three chairs only to find out that there was only two and they were actually discontinued, I called to ask to cancel both chairs because I was told there were three, and I needed all three to go with three more I purchased elsewhere. Mind You Wayfair‘s Chairs where over $300 and the three I purchased from Classy were only &177. I was told I would get a refund in 3-5 business days, Customer Service said it processing My refund and I haven’t seen it yet, it’s been well over 5 Days already. It was no problem taking any Money, but I sure can’t get it back.

"It’s horrible service"
It’s horrible service, I order a package and I try to cancel it within 30 minutes of ordering it and they said a day and a half later That it’s too late after waiting to confirm if it was cancelled. Now I have to pay a fee of 55 dollars to send it back. So if you’re not happy with your package and they make the pictures of the furniture look like it’s good but it’s really not. The cancellation process is just horrible
