"Shop Amazon not Wayfair "

Wayfair recommendation thru Trust Pilot just today was for me to fill out request for return. I did their suggestion on November 9th & followed up but without any response. Please read my review below .

Wayfair shipped me 2 La France lamps that is damaged. I filled out request for return & uploaded photos. Afterwards I talked to customer service & they assured me I would hear back from customer solutions within 24-48 hours. It has been 13 days now. I have called customer service every few days to get status. conversation with customer service always ended up them telling me they don’t know why customer solutions hasn’t reached out. One even told me my order is closed & they can’t access it any longer. Their solution was to open up a new return request. So far I have filled out return request three times with photos & details. My latest call to customer service was yesterday & the agent said they had sent me an email 9 days ago asking for more pictures of items as well as pictures of packaging. I never received that particular email, I keep all my emails with Wayfair & I even junk folder etc. I asked the agent to forward me a copy but he couldn’t forward. However he told me the content of the email & I completed their request with more photos of lamps & packaging.
Damage to the items didn’t happen in shipping, it happened in production.
The agent suggested this time I sent my email to executive resolution. It’s been 2 working days since I submitted what they requested. I am traveling for thanksgiving & because it’s already 14 days since delivery, I had no choice but to travel with the lamps because I won’t be back in my home till after the 30 day window closes for return.

"Do a daily research before buying from Wayfair"

October 18 I decided on a light for my island when my kitchen was renovated at $249.99. Nov. 20 I decided to go ahead and get it to have on hand and the price was $259.99. Nov. 22 I saw it was priced at $245.99. I asked if they would adjust my price as it was only 2 days but they would not. Then the same day I saw it on sale at Home Depot for $200.00 under a different name.

"WayFair avoids responsibility"

WayFair took no responsibility for faucets that rusted after 120 days and could not provide working contact for the vendor. No resolution from supervisor. Beware of buying from them. We are done..

"I totally concur with all the negative…"

I totally concur with all the negative reviews. Wayfair is absolutely horrendous. The only thing worse than their products is their horrible lying useless customer service. I have been trying to order a replacement picture from them for more than two months. The first order was 'lost'. The replacement was destroyed during shipping. The third piece was quoted to be shipped in November then after 3 weeks the date changed to December so I finally just canceled the order and order a completely different picture that was supposed to be shipped in three days but as usual the date changed AGAIN to mid December. I just don't understand how a company that seems to aspire to being the absolute worst at everything they do can still be in business. I think they are run by the tRump administration.

"Do not buy from Wayfair"

Do not buy from wayfair. They sent me wrong color item packing list had right color listed. Tried to return their return system is not at all user friendly. The want a picture of the item it's impossible put the picture exactly where they want it. No customer service to help you. This company needs to be out of business. Don't buy from them ever

"I waited 21 days for a delivery…"

I waited 21 days for a delivery that never came. I sent an email after the second week of waiting and they emailed me back with valuable information the email stated: Please be patient it's an international shipment. The tracking website they offer is a complete joke. I'm in the process of asking for my refund I'm very skeptical that this will be a smooth transaction. Wish me good luck.

"I have had the worst experience with…"

I have had the worst experience with wayfair, I was approved for financing and when I went to checkout it doesn't allow you to use it. Customer service was horrible and thought they were going to yell at me, only to tell me they can't fix the issue so I can wait a week and try again. Smh! This is just been horrible.

"I ordered a vanity top 3 weeks ago and…"

I ordered a vanity top 3 weeks ago and i was told it will be deliver between Nov 17, to Nov 20th.
It was not delivered on time and when I called on Nov 21, The excused was fed-ex would not deliver breakable item ( not true) and they want to ship it with another carrier and it will be delivered on December 15th. so I cancelled the order! I will never order anything from the Wayfair again.

"Wayfair has THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTONER…"

Wayfair has THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERViCE! Of all times !! Even their supervisor is worse than salespeople !!
They are rude and zero help and they make you feel like a criminals !
I spend so much money over 10 k in the last couple of years buying from them and even some items were damaged did not want to deal w them .. finally the had bought 2 sets of faucets and kept 2 and wanted to return the other two and total was less than 259 dollars.. they would not accept the return because it was past 30 days.. boxes not even opened .
The superior named Karla was extremely rude and when I told her I will return your broken items next time.. she said I am sending this and your info to my Fraud department and started threatening me😳😳😳I told her she does not belong in customer serve and she was so rude !!
Please don t buy from Wayfair !
Amazon and there are so many other options who really deserve the business

"Wayfair Customer Service Non-existent"

Wayfair is like many other online retailers. They do not spend one cent on customer service. Their ‘agents’ are all off shore; they do not train their agents; they do not give their agents any authority to do ANYTHING for the customer. They also do not have an escalation department so the agents can transfer problems. Agents put you on hold, then many minutes later, you are summarily disconnected. I was recently given a phone number for their ‘Cares Team’ that didn’t have an area code and the agent insisted that the number was correct. Because, the agent ‘could not transfer me’. I will not be ordering from Wayfair, Joss & Main or Perigold ever again. They also have an inexperienced web team. Do some user testing, engineers! Long live brick-and-mortar retailers who almost always have excellent customer service.
