"Perfect for long flight"

Really helped with neck position on long flight. I usually struggle to sleep but this definitely made a difference. I have tried both types, both are very comfortable - Cool version is lovely, soft fabric and better than the fleecy one if you are plagued by hot flushes!

"Return policy not up to scratch "

Disappointing return policy for UK consumers who are used to pretty good return protections. Your company is selling a new and innovative product that might not work for everyone. If you are confident in your product, why not offer a real 100 day return policy that lets people actually test the product? Instead you have this: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (meaning I cant try it out properly).

Mattress brands that sell for over £500 offer returns so people can try their product. With a proper returns policy your evangelists will love you, and those who dont like your pillow will still respect you for having a fair policy. Instead, it comes over as if you are trying to squeeze every purchase for all its worth. Not a good look for a product that isnt hugely expensive to produce in the first place.

Here is the funny part, I havent even tested your pillow on my upcoming long-haul flight. I'll probably love using it.

But try to get your growth team to take a more ethical and long-term approach to returns. Or ditch your misleading marketing spiel about a 100 day return policy which is useless if you cant actually test the product.

The product was ok, but if you purchase from Norway the price is nearly double due to shipping duties.

I put off buying this product for ages due to the cost, however having recently used it on a long haul flight to Thailand, I'm glad I made the purchase. Other travel pillows have felt bulky, hot, claustrophobic but the trtl was none of these and worked perfectly and I wish I'd got one sooner!

The pillows itself are good. But after one use the carry bag hook started to fray. They suggested I purchase another for 35$, when I already spent 200$.

Essentially if you buy, you better hope it all works out. Otherwise, good luck getting any support.

EDIT: After reaching out expressing frustration, they refunded me for the purchase of the new bag.

"Fantastic for long haul"

Fantastic for long haul, short haul or just using in the house if you are feeling tired and want to rest without laying down. Beats all the other travel pillows hands down and on a recent long haul to the lovely Nashville, I saw a few fellow travellers using them! Mine is red. Love the colour. I can highly recommend…fast and efficient process from order to delivery.
