Easy to order online, great communication with regards to delivery. Well labelled for easy assembly. It is time consuming to put together but probably much quicker if you have 2 people with an electric screwdriver instead of one. Quality product and it looks fantastic on our decking.

"Beautiful Garden Furniture"

The garden furniture set arrived about a week after ordering and the transport company called the day before to make sure the timing was ok etc. Very pleased with the service and delivery and the furniture was expensive but the quality lives up to expectations and we are more than happy with the purchase and I can see the furniture lasting many many years.

Harbour lifestyle were very efficient and quick delivery. I did spend a lot of money and was a little shocked that I had to build the furniture myself. However it was relativity easy to put together. The quality is very good and it’s so comfortable.

I did unfortunately order the extending table which I have to say I will not use this function as the extending leafs are flimsy and I would worry they will smash if anyone lent of them. I am only glad I did not order 10 chairs for the extending table as I would not be able to use them.
I feel the table really needs to be reviewed as this was a disappointment.

They didn't list on their website exactly what i wanted, but after speaking to Anna, she was able to create a custom order and I was able to purchase the perfect pergola.
Arrived on time as promised, well packaged and protected.
What more to say, highly recommend.

"Awful"

Awful. Pieces designed for outdoor use which cost over 5k are destroyed within 10 months. 1 pergola and 2 heaters. The metal within the pergola twisted and is beyond repair. The fabric sheets flew out in the slightest bit of wind, they eventually ripped. It has since had the LED lights fall due to the movement and destroyed the underlying furniture. My bbq and pots haven’t been affected by the weather l, haven’t moved during the bad weather but this has. It wavered back and forth in mild wind, even after being secured properly. Further securement we thought it was ok They have responded to my emails to accept no responsibility and advised to make an instance claim. Totally irresponsible as it’s an outdoor space that should sustain weather. Good luck to anyone purchasing their pergolas in the future; or their stand up heaters., they’ve had to be r placed and binned twice. It’s a lot of money to throw away
