I ordered my corner seating set with firepit online and Tez was incredibly helpful answering my questions (including measuring the depth of the cushions for me)!
The furniture itself is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for - the quality is excellent and it was straightforward to assemble. The company even sent us a youtube instructional video which was so much more helpful than the usual paper diagrams (although we received those too).
I have no hesitation in recommending Harbour Lifestyle for garden furniture.

Fast delivery of pergola. We chose to use our own installers and they managed to mislay the LED lights remote. Harbour Lifestyle didn't hesitate to replace remote even though no fault of their own. The installers remarked on how well made the pergola is. We are really pleased as it does look great.

Delivery was 7/10 days. Arrived in 4. Pleased with the quality of the aluminium. Erection instructions could have been better. My husband is an aircraft engineer so he had no problem but I think others may struggle. I certainly did.

Fantastic support from Tez at Harbourlifestyle. Bought a corner Santiago Rectangular Rattan Corner Dining Set over 12 months ago which came with specific covers. Unfortunately one of them blew away in the recent storms. Harbourlifestyle replaced it free of charge. Great customer service. Will definitely use them again without hesitation.

We recently bought a pergola from Harbour Lifestyle. We are absolutely delighted with the final result. We did have a minor issue with one of the shutters.
