I was experiencing an ongoing, stressful situation with my former provider regarding the switch over to Lit Fibre. Over the two weeks, Nick at Lit Fibre was calm and reassuring throughout and I'm glad to say the problem is now sorted. I'm impressed with how easy it is to contact Lit Fibre by phone, which I've had to do on a number of occasions, and Nick's responses to my emails were almost immediate. (Unlike with my previous provider in both respects.) My personal thanks go to Nick for his excellent telephone manner and for guiding me through the whole situation.

"Lit Fibre 1st rate support"
Lit Fibre installed my fibre broadband band but due to the layout of the building, the signal was very poor. I spoke to an operative called Iro. They sorted it by sending boosters, but they would have had an ongoing bill of an additional £5 per month for the length of my contract. I was not happy with it so spoke to Iro again. They arranged for engineers to revisit. I spoke at length with the engineer ( I don't know his name, but he was brilliant). And he thought we could do away with the boosters. He set it up but it would not connect. So they contacted tech support who checked from their end. All was in order but system looking for the removed boosters. Tech support said leave in new configuration, they would reset it all and should be good in an hour or so. 30 minutes later, it all came on and is now PERFECT. 500MB. All through the process, Iro has been patient, supportive and arranged all I needed.
