I was having trouble submitting my loyalty voucher online in addition to the multibuy discount that was already applied to the order - contacted customer service and Livvy was very helpful and reassured me that although their website was unable to apply more than one discount this could be done manually if I went ahead and placed the order - sure enough the confirmation of the additional loyalty discount being applied came through shortly after I placed the order.
