We had had a Feather and Black mattress for some years and had always slept well on it. When it came to replacing it we opted for another mattress, often advertised on the TV! What a mistake, and after only a few months of bad sleep, I ordered another Feather and Black mattress. Brilliant nights sleep again now, great support from the mattress and definitely recommended.

Disappointing across the board.
Ordered on the 8th with delivery on the 24th, all confirmed and accepted. On the 23rd in the afternoon I receive a call saying 2 of the three items I had ordered and paid are actually not getting delivered with no estimation whatsoever when the delivery would be made.
I also requested the amendment of invoice details for compliance with my export declaration requirements - rejected. The delivered item didn't come with any invoice and when I requested one I was told it would take 30 days.

Disappointed with the quality of the bed frame, it seems flimsy and light. Even with the mattress on, the whole frame moves when making the bed and when in bed should either myself or husband change our sleeping position, again the whole bed moves. I bought a bed from The Cotswolds Company, same price and much better quality.

Lovely designed bed but the colour of the fabric is nothing like the website images of the bed at all - it is far more brown that what I would call "natural". We were unfortunately expecting a lighter, more neutral colour.
It is also quite time consuming putting it together, possibly consider paying the £70 assembly charge as it is fiddly.

Ordering was so easy - I spoke to someone via the messaging service on the website to work out why I hadn’t received the 10% discount when I signed up from the newsletter, and the wonderful staff member sorted my quotation with the discount and free assembly. Hoping that the bed arrival is just as smooth!
